Return & Refund Policy

At DI Writing Tech, we strive to provide high-quality content writing services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested.

Refund Eligibility
After the delivery of the final version of the work, the client may request a 100% refund within 3 days (including weekends) only if the delivered work is not satisfactory.

Partial Refund Policy
If the client cancels the order, breaks the agreement, or withdraws from the project after assigning the work, only a 50% refund will be entertained.

Revision Policy
We offer revisions to ensure the final work meets your expectations. Clients are encouraged to request revisions before requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

• The client approves the final work
• The refund request is made after 3 days of delivery
• The work has been used or published

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within a 10 working days.
